Farming in Kent, near the Sussex borders, we have always admired the famous Sussex Downs honey, with its deep rich flavour. We looked for and found a wonderful Sussex honey producer who makes the finest honey. So here are our delicious award winning Kentish Cobnuts roasted to perfection in the finest Sussex honey... at last. Wow.
Ideas for using our delicious nutty honey
This naturally healthy combination of whole Kentish Cobnuts and honey, works a treat on cereals, is fantastic as a topping on ice cream, decorates cakes and desserts, or can be used just straight out of the jar, yummy... Just for fun turn the jar upside down and the nuts will float in the honey.

What's in the jar?
This preserve is made using only Lambert's Filberts, the true Kentish Cobnut variety grown on our farm in Rolvenden in the High Weald of Kent. EACH JAR contains 228g; 50% WHOLE ROASTED REAL KENTISH COBNUTS and 50% FINEST SUSSEX DOWNS HONEY.
